MICHAEL BURKE, Experienced trial Counsel. Former Senior Trial Counsel with Traub Liberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP; former Member of the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, and an associate at Pillinger Miller & and Tarallo. Received his Bachelor of Arts in Business-Government from Skidmore College. Michael graduated Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Michael’s Practice Areas include: Personal Injury Litigation, including Labor Law, Negligence, Products, and Premises Liability together with Toxic Torts; Michael’s resume includes successfully resolving over 1900 World Trade Center disaster cases on behalf of private contractors and building owners. In addition he has obtained successful jury verdicts and appellate victories on behalf of his clients. Michael is admitted to practice law in New York State; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, Connecticut and U.S. District Court for Connecticut.
