Patrick M. Caruana

PATRICK M. CARUANA is an experienced litigator who primarily manages construction-related actions out of our New York City office. He has over 13 years' experience defending complex and serious personal injury actions from inception through trial and appellate practice. Mr. Caruana is admitted to the New York Bar; New Jersey Bar; United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York; United States District Court for the Northern District of New York; and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Caruana earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Southern Maine. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College's Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, cum laude, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Areas of Practice: Construction Defense, Labor Law, General Liability, Premises Defense, and Appellate Practice.
