SCOTT A. BRODY, is a proven, experienced trial attorney and actively manages the New York City office’s Construction and Toxic Tort Defense practice through settlement or verdict. Mr. Brody appears regularly in the trial parts of the four major boroughs of the City of New York. In addition, Mr. Brody acts as trial counsel for numerous companies defending a variety of complex injury cases throughout the State of New York. Mr. Brody has also lectured on insurance and ethics issues.
